Why the Poconos?

Two hours from New York and Philadelphia, the Poconos pulls year-round demand — ski and snow tubing in winter, lakes and waterparks in summer, foliage in fall.

That seasonality mix is exactly what makes a well-run STR work here: there's always a reason to book. The key is buying in the right town at the right number — which is the part I help with.

Absolutely — most of my buyers do. I handle the boots-on-the-ground work: walkthroughs, vetting, closing, and then full management after. You can do the whole thing remotely.
It depends on the township and the community — some are very STR-friendly, others have restrictions. I steer you toward properties where short-term rental is allowed and demand is strong, so you're not buying into a problem.
It varies by property, price, and how it's run — but I underwrite every deal with conservative, comparable-based revenue numbers before you buy, so you go in with realistic expectations, not hype.
